I understand that everyone is different, that's why I want to get to know you first before I throw you into a workout. We talk about any challenges you have, goals you need to work towards (nutrition and fitness), and how to over come any injuries you have now or how to prevent any coming back.
About 30-45 mins in length, with a small workout included in the intro class so bring your workout clothes!

Small group training presents the opportunity for people to experience the benefits of the creativity and motivation of a trainer while lowering the financial entry point and/or spending more time with the trainer for the available funds.
Small group training at StarrFitness offers 30 min classes, 14 classes per day, for all that want to achieve their health goals! Group sizes are typically 3-4 people per class and we focus on YOU!
Every workout is made specifically to the group of clients in that 30 min session. When you step into the workout, you will always know you can do it because it is made for you by a fitness professional.
No more guessing if the workout is doable or if you're even doing the workout right. I will help you every step of the way.

TYPES OF SESSIONS
StarrFitness offers Cardio sessions Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Strength Sessions Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Whatever pricing you choose, you are able to come to any session you like at the time you want!
The unique program I’ve developed will help burn calories, boost metabolism and improve your overall health. A combination of strategic exercises and a healthy diet will have you in tip-top shape.
One on One
NEED MORE ACCOUNTABILITY?
One on One training is everything that you could want in a session. This is where we could focus on you and just you. I make custom workouts to your goals, challenges, set backs, strengths and weaknesses. You get that extra attention, extra nutrition help and overall best experience for training.
This would be best for anyone that is coming off of physical therapy, has a previous injury, or maybe someone that likes to workout with just a trainer.
Also great for athletes that need to work on specific areas of their sport. I know great exercises to better your overall performance of your sport. I work with football, soccer, softball, golf, tennis, weightlifting and powerlifting.
